tell us more. What was your b12 level before the first injection ever. How long have you been doing frequent injections and how frequent are they?

Hi Mozza

To be honest only one way to find out!

I had these symptoms two years ago and I too assumed old again -pains and stiffness all gone.

I inject far more frequently than you as at 60 plus I didn’t want to waste my life due to lack of B12 so I have set myself a three year recovery programme. Into the third year and I am still making improvements to my health but I am now able to keep most symptoms at bay with frequent B12 injections. PLUS I ensure I keep all my cofactors optimal.

I hope you are able to find your answer.
