Just to give you a heads up that I ordered B12 from Apohealth in Germany today and NO POSTAGE CHARGE!

that’s good that you can get it but why can’t you get it through your GP every 12 weeks. I had the first set relatively quickly and since then my GP nurse administers every 12 weeks and I’ve not needed follow up blood tests.

Many PA suffers need shots far more frequently than 12 weekly. I had to fight for 8 weekly and still need top ups.

I must admit the only blood test I have had since starting B12 was the one after the large dosages. I don’t really know what my level is now. I just keep returning every 12 weeks. I did ask about more frequency but they refused due to possibility of over stimulating and I was advised not to try and buy.

As  doityourself guessed I need B12 jabs more frequently than once every 12 weeks.

Hopefully, I may be able to get more frequently now via prescription as I have changed my GP.

Holding my breath….

Current guidelines are that frequency of injections should be based on symptoms not re testing.I have been buying ampules from Germany for years.As long as you buy from a reputable source you'll be ok.

My hubby has injections every 3 months. His last blood test after a tears treatment showed his B12 was 2000. Doctor said this is because they are doing their job
