Happy New Year 2025! Here’s a little ditty for you.

Inject the year with elixir of love, like B12’s delight,

A waltz through your veins, so vibrant, so bright!

Let 2025 bring its promise and cheer,

A time for renewal, a path that feels clear.

For us with the challenge of Pernicious Anemia's fight,

May this year bring new hope, a future more bright.

With care and resolve, and treatments refined,

Health blossoms anew, in body and mind.

From starry skies to the dreams we ignite,

We’ll fill these days with wonder and light.

So toast to good health, to progress each day,

And better tomorrows paving our way.

Here’s to the journey, to love that will stay—

Happy 2025, in every new way!

May this new year bring you, hope, strength, joy, and vibrant health!

Happy New Year Rexz!

Wonderful words - real insight into the mixed emotions, I for one have.

May 2025 bring health, peace and fulfilment.

Wwwdot. Mixed is putting it lightly I'm sure. I'm thinking more like an emotional roller coaster! The ups and downs, the seemingly bright days followed by not so bright days. I've learned to purposely look for brightness, especially when I'm having a dark day. The little things, if you look, well, more than look, but rather "observe" a caterpillar crawling along a leaf, a bee buzzing around a bright beautiful flower, a squirrel chomping on a nut, or just the sound of the wind blowing through the trees. If we observe closely the joy of life is all around us. Or when you do something silly just laugh at yourself, it's very therapeutic.

May today find you at the top of the rollercoaster with the sun in your face!

Hi Rexz

Yes definitely a roller coaster and I like your positive attitude as it is so easy to let the downs dominate feelings and outlook - I do battle with perspective at times and I love your "observe" approach - you are amazing!
