The answer to your question is yes.

Blurred vision was one of my low B12 symptoms but the dizziness has remaind albeit better than it was. Just to be on the safe side check your blood pressure......

The following can be symptoms of high blood pressure: blurred vision; nosebleeds; shortness of breath; chest pain; dizziness; headaches.

Often unfortunately. Also 'sticky ' eyes ( not wet sticky )

A neurological/ nerve thing.

Tinnitus often goes with it .

As dies light sensitivity

In Hindsight vision ,balance, twitches above eyes weariness my early signs of B12 deficiency .

Can be caused by all sorts as Jillymo states.

For me was B12 deficiency .

Definitely get checked out
