Anyone have MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) ?

I’ve been looking into this the last couple of days, and I think I may have this. I definitely have a histamine intolerance as it has reared its ugly head before. I think this may be the cause of my recent symptoms and I think the Covid and flu vaccines triggered a reaction. Especially as I had the over 65s flu jab this time, which is stronger. I am going to speak to a Dr who specialises in vaccine reaction and MCAS tomorrow so will be interesting to hear what she has to say.

I have realised that a lot of the healthy food I was eating is also high in histamine, so practically the entire contents of my fridge will have to go! For now anyway. And also chocolate and wine will have to be locked away for a couple of weeks at least.

I keep finding new paths in my health maze to try and one day I think I might find a way out!
