So as well as Pernicious Anaemia it seems I may have acquired aplastic anaemia according to my bone marrow results. Does anyone else have this?

Hi,

I'm not medically trained.

I hope your doctors are looking after you.

Do your doctors think that the "acquired aplastic anaemia" is due to B12 deficiency from pernicious anaemia?

B12 deficiency can cause pancytopenia (lower than normal amounts of all types of blood cells).
