Experiences with transdermal B12 oil or patches please

The oil has been recommended but there’s a lot of scepticism and apparently not a lot of evidence to support use of either

Thanks

Noelnoel,

I go with the only way I can know if any suplimentation or method will lead to success is to try.

It does seem those most confident they they have the answers most often are incorrect.

I am considering patches during sleep. Against the false assumption that anyone has proved they are only a placebo. Some people without a science education which is different than training believe that placebo studies are definitive. Scientists know little is absolute, although arrogance can get in the way of understanding that.

I talked to two people the other day that use B12 gummy bears with success. Some on this forum believe for no reason that the molecule of B12 is to large to be absorbed in the mouth. It is true that some molecules are too large it is not known that B12 is one of them nor is it known it is not.

I happened to remember that I over two years ago used liquid drops which contained methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. I administered three times a day and that was at least equivalent to 1mg hydroxocobalamin once a day. I came to understand that was under supplementing for the level of healing I wanted to experience.

Ok but did it work?

It worked as well as 1 mg injected of hydroxylcobalamin. I did experience improvement I did not accept doing what works is all I could do
