low b12 borderline folate celiac test
This is a test for Coeliac disease. The result is "normal/negative" I think? (a bit hard to read in that format) (no Coeliac Disease).
The explanation is stating that, if your diet has included adequate amounts of gluten for 6 weeks prior to the test, then the result is valid and Coeliac disease is very unlikely. But if you were NOT eating sufficient gluten for that period (described as 4 slices of bread daily), then the result cannot be relied on because you wouldn't have been eating enough gluten for enough of the relevant antibodies to arise.
Mayo Clinic labs have some information on reference values:
Reference Values
<4.0 U/mL (negative)
4.0-10.0 U/mL (weak positive)
>10.0 U/mL (positive)
Reference values apply to all ages.

I had a negative celiac test. I told my GP I hadn't eaten gluten for over 2 months but he insisted I take one. Which was a complete waste of time and NHS money. He did suggest that I eat gluten for 2 months and retake the test but I refused because I couldn't stand the thought of getting my nasty celiac symptoms again. And if I did get a positive test there is no medicine that would help me. The only way to deal with it is to stop eating gluten which I was already doing.
Stopping eating gluten cured my bloating and acid reflux. I don’t need unpleasant invasive tests to confirm I am a celiac.
In your position I would stop eating gluten and see if your gut issues get better. And consider giving up dairy as well as constipation can be a symptom of lactose intolerance.
Hi,
Coeliac UK website has a lot of useful information on diagnosis.
coeliac.org.uk/information-...
People with coeliac disease may get a negative result in tTG IgA test if
1) they weren't eating enough gluten before blood tested.
You said you didn't do the diet....were you eating any gluten in the weeks before the test?
Wheat, rye and barley contain gluten.
2) they have IgA deficiency
Did your GP order a Total IgA test?
This checks if you have IgA deficiency.
People with IgA deficiency need different tests for coeliac disease. Their bodies cannot make the antibodies to gluten that the tTG IgA test checks for. Coeliac UK have info on this.
If you weren't eating a lot of gluten and GP didn't order a Total IgA test then worth considering there's still a possibility of coeliac disease.
Coeliac UK have a useful helpline.
Put "helpline" in search box on Coeliac UK website.
You could ask them what tests a doctor should do to rule out Coeliac disease.
Worth searching for and reading this document
"NICE guideline Coeliac disease"
Also search for local guideline on diagnosis of coeliac disease used by your ICB (Integrated Care Board) In England (Health Board - Wales/Scotland).
Has your GP ruled out Pernicious Anaemia?
Lots of PA info on their website.
PAS (Pernicious Anaemia Society) membership is separate to membership of this forum.
