Gp serum b12 was normal 354. 191-663 but Medichecks active one says different my folate is 4.3 3.89-26.8 so gp says all normal no action and I feel really unwell my mch and nchc are all low trans sats l
I’m at a loss as what supplements to take but I’m so tired shortness of breath on exertion and tachycardia
