I cant say I have a technical answer for you but I would just keep your b12 going the same as you have done before. Best to just vary one thing at a time so you know the effect of the change. This helps you know what is helping/ making things worse. If you stop the b12 you wont know if how you are feeling is because of that or your thyroid.

Low b12 commonly goes along with thyroid problems.

hello, I have P.A. and inject B12 3/4 x daily.

My thyroid symptoms have been problematic these last several months, trying to sort this out.

However, my b12D still needs treating, so I'm continuing with my usual regime. I would not consider stopping or reducing treatment as I do not want symptoms reoccurring., to jeopardise healing.

I would advise to keep on injecting as usual.

Best wishes, x
