I'm to see my Hematologist soon to try to get him to reinstate injections. After a horrendous couple weeks without them, I am SI and am now experiencing what I believe is reversing out. I wrote down some of the posted research to see if he will read. I did not find anything regarding reversing out but admit I have not read everything. There is just too much. I need evidence to show him.
If someone can direct me to an explanation of it, thank you.

I'm in the aus and the hematologists here absolutely don't understand b12 deficiency and neither will you get them to believe. It may be a different experience in the UK or sometimes in the US. I have had better luck with my primary or a neurologist.
Summarize key points in that doc and put those points on a cover page. Highlight the facts in the article backing these points.
Also there is a letter that PAS - pernicious anemia society has to give to your doctor that justifies b12.
I recently had seen a haematologist armed with PAS information for doctors, he insisted that he knew better. I didn’t have any success and only suggested that I needed to reduce my daily SC injections as too much was toxic. Left feeling deflated and somewhat depressed. Don’t get your hopes up to reinstate your injections, you’re better off going off label and continue with what you’re currently doing and self treat.
Evidently I was well armed. I was very surprised after the experience at my last appointment. The doctor listened as I read what I had brought. He actually thanked me for the research and reinstated injections EOD until I start feeling better than slowly spread them out. Different B12 from what I'm using now but hopefully will be fine. I'm very thankful for your input and advice.
