Did any if you in your deficiency have chronic muscle rigidity/tightness?
And internal vibrations?
I had both, but while reversing out it is like mega vibrations and some my muscles feel more tight and is causing me to have to move very carefully.
I am aware I am not even 3 weeks into eod si injections, and that it can take up to months and months to see changes in neuro symptoms.
But I would like to ask if anyone else also went through this?
Just helps to know I am not alone.
Sorry for asking quite a few questions, it's just the road to healing is brutal too, and I am trying my best to keep my mind focused and cope mentally.
I don't want to go back on SSRIs, but if this gets any harder for me emotionally, I may need to for a little while, hoping that I can just know inside that it will get worse and then get better and push through the dark to get back to the light.

Significant amounts of B12 are present in muscle. When large amounts of B12 are converted to one of the active forms (adenosylcobalamin) as may happen when cell B12 levels are deficient and need to be repleted, it may draw on ATP stores, the primary cellular energy source. ATP depletion can cause muscle stiffness/rigidity.
One possible approach may be creatine supplementation at 3-5 grams per day. Make sure to buy from reputable suppliers. No guarantees but could be worth a try.
" ATP depletion in cells can be indirectly measured from the increased concentrations of extracellular hypoxanthine, a central intermediate in the metabolism of ATP. "
I had both. I had really bad chronic pain so I started doing yoga and focusing on my breathing. Also did a Candida cleanse and that helped me as I couldn’t get rid of my oral thrush during that time. I had a neck tremor for many months too. Focus on some relaxation like baths with Lavender oil etc. Lots of stretching too. Make time to do things that bring you joy. I know it feels like it’s never ending but you will get through it.
It doesn’t help that every doctor gaslights you by saying b12 doesn’t have any side effects or reversing out symptoms. Or at least that was my experience
Yes my NHS gp wasn't good, but my private Dr for b12 was.
He said it can take a month or two to turn any corner, but on here some people have taken even longer.
In a really bad way reversing out, feel so unwell, but if I don't try ill never know.
I had felt fatigued for years and my gp gave me Psychiatric meds and didnt dig any deeper. Stomach has felt rubbish since covid, and I didn't feel the same after, and then with my last jab - everything became hell.
I think it affected my hormones, and my hormones/stomach maybe affected my vitamins or something.
Also the ignorant gp gave me 3 types of ant acid meds at the same time, without confirming Gerd, and calling it "anxiety". and then I think b12 absolutely plummeted from low normal to far too low, and now here I am.
My previous GP, was a terribly ignorant person, I blame her for making this even worse, and not listening to me or acting fast enough.
I had chronic muscle tension/rigidity mostly in my legs for many months. It is just now getting better with injections every 2 weeks instead of monthly. I am also taking many supplements to heal my gut so I don’t know if those are helping as well. You may want to try some magnesium, especially if you are taking D3. I found that the muscle tension got worse when I was taking more than 1000 iu of D3. So I just take 1000 iu and a really good mineral supplement that contains a good dose of magnesium that I got from my nutritionist.
COVID also destroyed my gut and threw me into b12 deficiency. It’s been 2 years of hell but I’m determined to climb out of it. Your experience with the acid medication sounds exactly like mine. I had horrible reflux after having COVID and the GI doctor I saw kept putting me on all different kinds of PPIs even though I kept saying they were not helping me and I was actually getting worse. I too believe they worsened my B12 deficiency by not realizing that I had too little stomach acid.
Hang in there, it takes awhile. You will have good days and bad days but don’t give up. It takes a long time to heal depending on how low your level was and how long it went unchecked.
I developed those muscle issues 3-4 months into EOD injections (I've been SI for 14 months now). The problem got a lot worse and became widespread, exacerbated by chronic stress & anxiety. I wish I'd chosen the meds back then, so please keep your mental health in check - the consequences can be devastating, as in my case. I've been prescribed baclofen for muscle spasticity and really hope it helps.
