hello Everyone,

today and yesterday eve my brain is feeling everything my sinuses and ears ringing loud this is my day of no injection and it seems my emotions and thoughts trigger my nerves very easily today, this is a month and half of injections EOD maybe it's all healing process I'm telling myself. I'm staying positive and praying a lot when I lay down to get me through this.

I think 'getting through' is a good way of expressing the dark early weeks, months of recovery. It is a very hard road that requires a faith in the healing process and massive amounts of patience.

good morning Orchard,

thank you, yes today pray for me to be ok as I go on a day trip with my Husband, It will be a day of getting in and out of the car and attending a dinner for my Mother In law birthday. so it will be a long day. I just injected so I will need to get rest in the car during the traveling. I've been praying as well. yes this is I hope a time in my recovery that I will receive the strength and get through it and the lite will shine soon.

Good morning JM

I hope you enjoyed the birthday celebration.

Travelling, socialising, worrying … all will have taken their toll. So rest, rest, rest.

Listen to some soothing sounds - for me I love the sound of rain - cannot explain why but it soothes my ears and soul - until hubby comes in sharing his worries of floods!!!

You will get through this and each day is a recovery day - remember you didn’t get sick overnight and recovery takes time too.

🤗🤗🤗

good morning Wwwdont,

and thank you very much. Our prayers were answered I did so good out of town, I relaxed in the car with the seat back then at the stores walked around in the crowds, at the Hotel of my Mother in Law I rested on the bed before dinner and was able at dinner to enjoy and talk and laugh with the other family members and got home at night and yes my feet and tail bone were tingling a lot but my mind and anxiety were a Blessing. one of the guest at the dinner is retired news and she shared the success story of her coworker nurse who has PA and said yes you will recovery with your body and nerves but make sure you stay on B12 rest of your life. so that was comforting that her coworker was living a normal life and has PA.
