In the USA physicians have the brand of being noble and most of them believe it.
The problem is always difficult patients that want to be treated in a way that is healing, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies or the courts. A classic abusive relationship.
They have dropped the overworked reason as that has been exposed. It will be back.
Good news is most people are in the same situation. Those that are rich and better still famous and able to promote the brand receive healing treatment.
Research that shows different ways to treat that are healing are ignored.
Not noble.
