hello Nackapan, read your post then out of interest read 'related posts' ,

'Apple cider vinegar gummies' by Myoldcat , 4 months ago. Lots of answers but ordinary tart apples, fermented apples apparently work. Worth a read.

So Apple Pectin might be ok for digestion. I suppose it s try and see if it works for you. x

If my children were sick when they were little I used to give them stewed apple as I had in mind an old wives tale that said this would be good for them.

Yes I was given that too. And given to mine .

Must be something in it to settle your stomach .

Used to also be a first weaning food for babies .

Will do some reading 📚

Hi Nackapan, and well sleuthed , Wheat! These are what I took, mainly for the Apple Cider Vinegar stomach acidifying effects due to gastritis. I can't drink it, even very diluted, but found these gummies pleasant and effective, although I was doing other things to help at the same time. They use apple pectin as the gummy base. Here's the link for anyone interested - you can buy elsewhere but this was the best deal. Just check sugar levels if you have issues, they say max 2 a day because of that, although I sometimes took more after chatting with them as it's safe, just sugary!ebay.co.uk/itm/126366773744
