This is from 68 years of experience and observation 3 of them under supplementing B12.

It is assumed that diet is the reason that those in the mediterranean climate may live longer. Pseudo Science that pays well.

Plus those in the mediterranean have naturally high D3 levels.

It would be interesting to have someone look at the correlation between amount of sunshine and D3 in different populations. Although I know of no group that is capable of not screwing the testing up.

The growing season and the soils in the mediterranean produces a more nutritious vegetable. Nutritionists use some convoluted argument coupled with some facts to pretend this is definitely is not a factor. Same with social factors genetics . MUST be only food. Lets flip over the recommended diet triangle.
