That stands for Too Weird for Words.

Which nostril is dominant varies throughout the day. Blood flow is increased or decreased in the nostril regulating the flow. That is measurable and the measurement repeatable and thus ends the science and the pseudoscience begins.

My pseudoscience led me to that is connected to when I toss and turned at night and with self designed breathing practice I no longer have issues with tossing and turning as long as I do not follow the pseudoscience of sleep hygiene.

My left nostril has been dominant almost consistently for the last few months and when it is not I feel great. It seems to be resolving with my current regiment.

Although I found my study of how to breathe very helpful back in the mid 70’s. I now do varied exercises. Then again I enjoy my neuroplasticity and did back when it was a scientific certainty that neuroplasticity was not possible after age 10 then 12 then 16 then 18 then 21 then 26 I have not bothered to read the current scientific certainty as that would not cause me to experience neuroplasticity. Likely still geared towards goals, productivity bla bla bla. Likely not incorporating any knowledge of frequency just as still is the norm with nerves.

A most interesting experience of neuroplasticity for me was the Rubix Cube 10+- years ago. Doing what it takes to be able to solve every time was an experience of neuroplasticity. Solving it after doing what it takes to know how to solve not so much.

I find it interesting that people who can not solve the Rubix cube can inform me about the experience. Not unlike healing from B12.

Going with my neurological system is doing what it needs to do now it has enough B12 often enough to heal.
