I developed this schedule to accommodate more frequent injections. It was born of thinking in terms of hours and not days. With this concept I record the number of injections starting at midnight to allow for injecting if I wake up at night.
I write down when I inject and then after that I write the time it will have been 4 hours. This allows me to keep track of when 4 hours has passed.
I just injected at 3:30 am and write that down and Next 7:30 am. If 4 hours has passed I inject soon after I get up.
So say I wake up at 9:00 am. I would inject and write down Next 1:00 pm. With my current sleeping this results in usually 4 injections a day and if it is long day 5 which works out as I need it.
This schedule is just for now and I will adjust as I heal.

Our pathways to regaining our health are beginning to run parallel. I started with EoD and now I inject 4 times a day and approximately 4 hour intervals works for me too.
Interestingly since increasing frequency of B12 I have started to have lower back pain which because it is variable in intensity yet constant I am hoping is a sign of healing. Same is happening in my hands. Only time will tell.
I have symptoms that I did no have before. The weirdest was it felt like the front of my hands were covered in super glue. I guessed this was my neurological system being repaired. It went away and only happened that one time.
