Hi I've just had 2 injections this week and my head and vision seem weird is this normal?

Gpw 65 my gp has just stated to arrange b12 jabs after pestering for best part of 3 years

yes. Vision will struggle, at times being worse or level out. However I would say it's never severe but noticable. B12 deficiency affects vision. The injections will help; however It will take time before that stabilizes. All healing will take time. ESP since most of us go years with the deficiency before being treated.

Yes, I felt space as if sight and sounds were slightly cushioned, I felt like an observer rather than a participant but that changed after a while and much better now.

Delighted you are getting B12, had your GP checked your cofactors like folate and iron and magnesium (I think I can never remember!)

Hi thanks for your reply I just wasn't expecting to feel worse.Another is scheduled for Mon 4th then another two after that does it take time

Generally the more deficient you are the more it gets worse before improvement. I didn’t expect it either. Knocks you for 6 doesn’t it? They are called reversing symptoms. Try to get MARTYN Hoopers book if you join PAS they send you one I took lifetime membership

My vision and hearing deteriorated intermittently. I had to install speakers for my Laptop and buy reading glasses.

It was very strange and scary as it was an on and off thing.

It has resolved.
