to clarify ‘ Evergreen Life’

My friend who is a retired NHS told me about it a couple of years ago when I wanted proof I had Pernicious anaemia.

You put in evergreen life and it says sign in or join.

You join with your email or you can create a new email. Then you put in a private password which only you know. You then log is each time with this so no one else can get in unless you give them your details. I’ve found it really useful . Hope this helps and clarifies this.

Best wishes. Hedgehog x

Dors your surgery have to be using this? Or is it an independent way to access your medical notes ?

I'm getting confused with so many ways apps to view whats going on

how is this different to patient access?

My GP surgery used this before patient access. Around 2018 ish. I was able to have a family account and view my children’s records. It’s a nice interface although patient access is improving as my surgery use more of it. 🌱
