Currently injecting SC methyl 1 mg/ml Cynao 1mg/ml one ml each with adeno 6mg SL 4 to 5 times a day.

I now start counting at midnight. If I wake up in the middle of the night than I inject and found this to be very beneficial.

I came upon injecting if I woke up when suffering utilizing EOD.

I have not worked out if it is a matter of running out of B12 or not injecting enough during the day. Right now it is helpful and a comfort to know I know what is best to do if I wake up in the night. I personally am ok with getting up in the middle of the night. It is what humans used to experience before the advent of the electric lighting as evidenced by literature prior to electric lighting being common.

Have you kept your other vitamins at a good level? ‘Revving the engine’ with b12 alone may not help. Pins and needles etc can be caused by a huge range of other reasons. Have you considered it?

Yes! I have not updated my profile in a while an older regiment is described there.

I experienced debilitating peripheral nephropathy about 3 years ago and determined I was also B6 deficient and it is all but resolved.
