Some people on here have. Pop onto the gluten free guerillas part of HealthUnlocked as well and ask. The gut microbiome gets particular upset with people who have issues with gluten, wheat, or who have been diagnosed with Non Coeliac Gluten Sensitivity or Celiac Disease.

I can't use Symprove as it's not gluten free and I have coeliac disease. I've heard wonderful things about it.
