A few years ago it was discovered that I had very low B12. The gp prescribed liquid but I wasn’t absorbing orally so he changed it to injections.
The loading dose made such a difference and thereafter i had a B12 injection every 13 weeks. Then it all just stopped. The surgery decided they were not going to provide B12 injections any more.
My levels have halved since the injections stopped and I would like to restart.
Can anyone suggest where I can go for B12 injections or how I can do this myself? I have read that some people self inject.
Any advice gratefully appreciated.

Ask for your injections to be re-instated. Start with loading doses every alternate day until there is no further improvement. So that means they should not end after six, but continue until you feel better. If you have problems getting them reinstated, consider self injecting as most of us do.
You can order B12 ampoules from German online pharmacies.. I use versandapo.de and buy Pascoe B12 depot hydroxocobalamin.. a box of 100 with a use by date of 2 years is around £80 including postageNeedles and syringes I buy from Medisave.co.uk... I use a 2ml syringe and inject subcut, into my belly, with a half inch 30g needle. Totally painless
