Flare from commercial hydroxyB12

Hi all, a few months ago, regulations made my compounded hydroxyB12 unavailable. I had to switch to the commercial one, there is only one available in California and it contains parabens. I have been concerned about this as parabens are an endocrine disruptor and I am a poor detoxer and perimenopausal. I've been using it for several months and feel like I'm flaring, more inflamed and stiff and achy. I called and talked to the pharmacist and she recommended EOD so that I'm getting less parabens at a time. Luckily they have a short half life so they are not accumulating but I do have constant levels of it in my body. 2.1 mg of paraben EOD with my injection. Am considering switching to cyanoB12 as it doesn't have parabens. Thought about trying to get it from Canada or another state, my doctor is on board as long as it doesn't interfere with any regulations. MethylB12 doesn't agree with me as I am COMT and don't tolerate methyl groups well. Would greatly appreciate any thoughts on this!

You can obtain Hydroxocobalamin single use ampoules from Germany . and made in Germany — Panpharma B12 depot ( 1mg x 1ml )

Also Pascoe B12 depot ( 1.5mg x 1ml

Neither contain parabens . I have used both ,

Obtainable from apohealth.de

This an excellent registered online German pharmacy ( registered and controlled by the German health authorities ) You can get the site in English .

I'm here in the US. I order my cyanocobalamin from Biosence which is located in Canada. FYI, I just looked at their website and it's on sale right now. I think I'll stock up. Anyway, I've never had hydroxocobalamin shots but this works great for me. Like you, I can't take methyl because it really makes me feel bad.
