This was recently raised as an issue on the forum. After a little research I found that there is a direct relationship, it seems, between B12d and raised blood pressure. Very recently I found that my blood pressure has fallen and this could be because I now have sufficient b12 in my system but also, interestingly, because I'm now being treated for Helicobacter pylori which, I discover, also raises blood pressure! So there may have been a double whammy going on. So far from raising blood pressure, B12 lowers it. Who knew?

Thanks for your post, I was suprised to have two increasingly high blood pressure readings. Now I'm s.i. I have noticed my pulse rate had dropped, so I thought it might be linked.
