Twitching in calves after using b12 spray or injections, anyone else?

Hi everyone, I'm in the middle of working out my deficiencies, my GP won't treat me so I'm learning alot from this site.I was vegan my whole life, 37 now. I've had a couple of injections that I paid for privately, they helped in some ways and made other symptoms worse so I think there are a few deficiencies.

I have been using a spray recently and when I use it i feel better with my trouble breathing but I get cramping and twitching in my lower legs and feet, like tiny spots of tightless and nerves getting tight then stopping.

Has anyone else had this? Thank you 🙏

You might need a bit more of other nutrients when the body starts using the extra b12.
