Update...1 month on using spray b12.

I felt I had to say that since I started having extra b12 via 2 sprays per day, as recommended that I try. I'm a totally changed person. As I'd previously only been getting 6 good'ish( I say 'ish as I didn't totally realise just how awful I really felt, even including during the 1st 6wks after my jab) I was desperate to find out if there was life after the b12 jab!!! Since starting it, within a few days I felt so much better, I thought that maybe it was just in my mind as I was taking it, but I've actually got energy that I didn't think possible, I suffered with severe pain every day( I also have osteo' arthritis in most joints) insomnia, extreme brain fog, headaches, short term memory loss, that's just a few symptoms! Now I'm sleeping every night, no headaches, pain levels reduced, mobility issues reduced, no shortage of breath, just to mention a few, all in all it feels like a miracle has happened. I just hope that this might help someone else, it's got to be worth a try.

I too have had a dramatic improvement after using a B12 spray from BetterYou. I have to walk up a steep hill to get to my office each day and used to be quite badly out of breath by the time I got there. Now I'm practically running up it, and hardly out of breath at all!

Thanks all of your replies. Yes I'm in the UK, and I get Garden of Life B12 certified Organic spray it's derived from natural ingredients. I get it online from Lucky Vitamins, as it's sent from America. Hope this a help.
