It’s been a while since I SI. GP stopped my injections since lockdown saying I should just take tablets after 15 years of injections. I’m not feeling well atm at all. My mobility has gone downhill and my balance is awful.
Can anyone advise the best place to source these days please? I did see a definite improvement when I was SI every other day about 6 years ago.

Your doctor is displaying the usual ignorance about Pernicious Anaemia . Lifetime injections are required , not tablets , after 15 years.
You can obtain B12 depot Hydroxocobalamin from excellent German online pharmacies .
I assume that you had Hydroxocobalamin b12which is the usual form of B12 used in the U.K. now . . Another type is Cynocobalamin, which used to be the one used . It is still obtainable from the German pharmacies, but it is not called B12 depot , just B12 .on the German sites . No prescription required in Germany , as it is an over the counter item there , I like the U.K. .
