I always inject in the morning because that’s when I shower . Then I know that i’m squeaky clean . ! But i don’t think that the time of day has any importance .

dido. but if i shoot up in the afternoon or evening, it might cause a spurt of energy that disrupts my sleep.

I chose to have my b12 injections in the morning. On a few occasions when the surgery could offer only an afteroon appointment I've had trouble sleeping that night .

Usually brain activity and or ramped up tinnitus.

haven’t really noticed any difference, have tried morning afternoons and just before bed.

I’ve tried mornings and am now doing them in the evenings. Haven’t noticed a difference.

Never used to be able to sleep, on the day I received b12, made me very sleepy but wide awake all night. Now as I si I have tried all times, and for me right before I go to bed is the best, makes me sleepy and the next day a burst of energy to get things done.

Never mattered for my body and I have never had a surge of energy from b12.
