Good day all, its me again. I do not know whether its part of the recovery or what. but my bones are like popping all the time and random pains on my arms, thighs and legs as well as upper back.

It is possible that it’s part of the healing process . We are always hearing , on this forum , how many patients start feeling worse before they feel better . So please do not despair , and stick to your treatment . I haven’t heard about the particular symptoms you mention , but B12 deficiency/ Pernicious Anaemia can affect so many functions of the body.

Make sure that you have a good diet. It’s important to have plenty of folate . Supplementing with a modest folic acid tablet is good as Vitamin B9 works together with B12 .

Best wishes .
