I thought I were getting somewhere with regard to my complaint against the neurologist I saw who gaslighted me with a diagnosis of FND. The ombuds person rang me on Tuesday day this week via the phone. She rang three hours early stating she had a spare slot which caught me off guard and unprepared.
The young lass at the other end of the phone was working from home. Twice during the call she had to go and answer the door because she were apparently taking in parcels for an elderly neighbour. On the second time of leaving me on hold I told her I thought it to be very unprofessional.
To my dismay I received an email on Thursday in the hope of a quick reply on my part to jog the case along because she is going away for a week !
What a joke when it has take months to even get as far as the ombuds person. π‘

Dr Henrietta Hughes OBE wasn't of any use she only deals with certain issues. The NHS Patient Safety Strategy: is nothing other than a joke with two steps forward and god knows how many back.
I think I need a little more than luck to pull this one off and win my case. I was going to complain to the ombuds people only to find the buggers close early on a Friday !
Is it any wonder there is a back log of over a year ?
