I've at last been able to make a call.(Telephone use difficulties)

I was told by an automated voice I'd made an invalid selection.

??

It' gives 3 .

I tried again .

Same problem.

I did ring in 'office hours

Anyone else experienced this and what did you do.?

Yes I did.It gave 3 options

I left a message on option 1 for professionals in the end as other two stated an invalid selection and cut off ??

Just a blip I expect

Hi Nackapan. I have spoken to the same person twice during the past 6 months and have found her advice invaluable -- instrumental in getting a Dx of PA -- and her manner supportive. I hope you manage to get through this time.
