Working with a friend who has confirmed B12 deficiency, that their GP does not understand that fact, has decided seeking further medical help their deficiency is not consistent with their goals.

Having confirmed their thyroid, folate, and ferritin tests are within normal ranges. They now need to check the levels of:

B6

magnesium

potassium

Vitamin D

before starting B complex supplementation.
