Someone wrote on this site about a clinical trial of B12 being given in large doses and that it was promising. I can not find the post nor can I find a report from the study.
If someone happens to be able to point me toward it that would be appreciated.

Thank you so much!!!!!!!! Asking a question here is more powerful than the google computers which were used to determine that the Rubik Cube which has 43 quintillion possible configurations can always be solved in 20 moves or less.
It certainly serves my purpose and answers my questions. Very compelling. Not the pseudoscience of the GP's I hired. I don't know if it was the one that was referenced in the post or comment I read.
Incidentally, "large doses" of B12 can be doses of virtually any amount. My own hypothesis is that the phrase originated about the time that extracting B12 from liver was no longer necessary because researchers had learned to produce B12 in labs, so it was no longer necessary to be extremely conservative with the small available stocks of B12.
