Good idea ! It’s just great knowing that you can’t overdose on B12 , unlike some other vitamins and minerals .

yeah plus its relatively cheap too, imagine if the amps were £20 each would get very expensive.

It’s less than a cup of coffee in a café!

Well done & good luck with your progress. My IM weekly injections are awful, what's your secret?

Thank you…. I’ll save them and hold out on buying atm, they’ve referred to neuro and are believe this or not do the actual pernicious anaemia antibody test (intrinsic factor) isn’t this something they should have done from the word go? My levels which I asked for when they first discovered something was wrong we’re at <124

I still haven't had my intrinsic factor test done, but test showed my B12 level were really really low. if you feel dread full and have confirmed low B12 I wouldn't wait around for it to get sorted

Hi sorry for the late reply…. Well it’s a battle of the wills you see….. I know I need it and I know I can get it easy like you have ….. the thing is, I want the proof on their screens so they cannot say we don’t have the information …. I have the intrinsic factor antibody test on the 13th so I have an argument brewing there I can see with the doctor about the results as u will know a negative test results doesn’t always mean it is a true and accurate result… also the neurologist referral I don’t want to get there and have them drawing my blood saying that my b12 through the roof…. Which it would be if I was self injecting…. I want them to see me at my worst and if they say there is nothing wrong and start to pick holes in me which is something they sometimes like to do, I can tell them a few things they don’t know and should know about b12 …,, It’s looking like my deficiency has been here with me for over 6 years and mentally the most crippling this has been the fact it has made me infertile.

As far as I’m concerned the worst has been done.

I would like links too please! I have the ampoules and received plenty of good advice from admin about needles but still a bit frightened of buying wrong equipment 🥱

I can’t thank you enough for your simple explanation. I have just followed your instructions and completed order in minutes after agonising for weeks over what I needed😀

its all new to me too! my first shot I watched videos on where to inject in thigh, and most CRITICALLY how to open the ampoules, point the dot away from you before breaking them open. load the syringe, flick the air out and insert needle.

Great job!I’ve found that if I lay everything out and get ready and just do it it’s much easier. If I start to hesitate or overthink things I get a little anxious.
