Good morning all. My homocysteine levels look pretty good. Right?

I'm wondering if that is because I've been injecting daily? I wonder if i should have tested after withholding injections for 72 hours?

I'm actually feeling pretty good these days. Just my numb and painful feet and legs and back are nagging me. If not for the neuropathy, id be feeling so much better. Mentally, a big improvement. Just start to fade between 2 and 4 pm. That seems about the norm for us though. Right?

Thank you πŸ¦‹

on the right road, ellanore. Good to hear mentally you feel a lot better, can make an awful lot to how one feels.

Being Positive and seeing the improvements is such a relief. Keep improving and let us know how your doing.

Best wishes

Sounds good to me too!

Keep going!

Even this morning I noticed another improvement - after 7 years of daily SI - when I didn't think there was any more improvements to be had! I'm just better at doing "normal" things and thinking about things that I didn't even think to think about before... if you get my drift!

I've had improvements in my neuropathy all along, including after some set backs due to low mineral levels, especially potassium. I was getting a lot of bone pain but that's improved with more calcium, magnesium and vitamin D3 (+ K2).

4 years ago I still couldn't think fast enough to talk fluently... But now I don't even think about it usually - although I do still struggle for the right words later in the day.

I generally try to have a nap at some point if I can so I can keep going a bit longer, otherwise I'm a bit zombiefied and useless as the day goes on.

Good luck with your continuing improvement.

That's wonderful Deniseinmilden!! I totally get the little improvements! Like being able to talk smoothly and without stumbling on words. More clear headed in mornings. Just resting my body for a bit helps if i start to fade. 7 years is a long time and still noticing improvements.

Cor what a difference!

I wish we could "download a different version" of the bits of us that are broken!

in reply to EllaNore

how did you download the google keyboard ?

EllaNore profile image
EllaNore in reply to

Google gboard. That's the one in downloaded. It drag types great. My microphone won't stay on though. Samsung keyboard was terrible. Gboard is supposed to be better for speech to text and correction. I tried to link to it but can't figure out how to share the download.

in reply to EllaNore

I have been having the same problems, having to go back and to correct it. Perhaps we have a problem ellenore. I wonder why?

My new microphone won't stay on to dictate. I don't know if any keyboard works great. But if you drag text, it is working great for that.

in reply to EllaNore

I dont understand whats going on with the laptop,

But managed to down load, went weird for a while. Thanks

I'm using Gboard to type in English (US) (PC) and English (US) (QWERTY). You can try it at: gboard.app.goo.gl/P7J5X

Try that link Sallyannl. It only have me the US link. Also, my keyboard works perfectly outside of this forum. My microphone doesn't work in here, but does in normal texting.

I think there is an issue in the forum because everything works great outside of here. But can't use microphone here and no spacibg between words and repeated words only happens in here.

Restart after you install it.

in reply to EllaNore

yes, it is working ok. That is strange because like you I only have problems on this website.

maybe they updated the server and it caused a communication issue. That happens. Just a bug that needs fixing. But this new keyboard on my phone did make a little difference. Gluide typing works better.
