Hi! If you click on this post

healthunlocked.com/pasoc/po...

and scroll down to wedgewood's reply, there are various options. Panpharma and Pascoe offer the 1ml ampoules. Versandapo seems to be out of stock of Panpharma at the moment so you could try other places or wait a few days, they usually come back in stock quickly. If you register on their website, you can click on tbe button to get informed when it's back in stock.

I'm not sure about having to pay VAT.

Hi,

Just wondered if you get any treatment from NHS?

If you have a PA diagnosis or suspect PA, worth joining and talking to PAS.

PAS membership is separate to membership of this forum.

Based in Wales, UK.

There is a helpline number that PAS members can ring.

As you're in UK, I suggest you get hold of the local B12 deficiency guidelines for your area and compare them with BNF, BSH and NICE CKs links below.

CCGs (Clinical Commissioning Groups) were replaced by ICBs (Integrated Care Boards) in England on July 1st 2022.

If you click on "project documents" then on "consultation comments and responses" it gives a good insight into current issues around diagnosis and treatment( over 40 pages).

Links to forum threads where I left detailed replies with lots of B12 deficiency info eg causes and symptoms, more UK B12 documents, B12 books, B12 websites and B12 articles and a few hints on dealing with unhelpful GPs.

Some links may have details that could be upsetting.

Some of the info will be specific to UK.

You won’t have to pay import duty on goods under £135.
