Random question guys !!! I’ve thought I had and been diagnosed with tennis elbow in both arms .. it was really painful but I’ve learnt to live with it so has been bearable for a bit.. had my b12 on Friday and gosh !! The pain in my elbows is BAD… anyone know why this is or why it could be ? B12 is an absolute minefield .. you get the answer to one thing then something else crops up

No idea as an answer to your question.

Mine was one-sided. Almost certainly related to hypothyroidism. And the treatment that really helped was therapeutic ultrasound.

The physiotherapist had zero faith in it - it was a case of other things not really helping much. That was next on the list. And I actually felt an effect in my first treatment and started to improve. Think she was lucky to hit the exact spot.

Just mentioning as it could easily be missed as something to try.

I had it in my left elbow a couple of weeks ago and the pain was excruciating so much so I had to purchase a pad to rest my elbow on when using the computer.

At first I thought tennis elbow but after researching tennis elbow is on the outside of the elbow where as golfers elbow affects the inner edge of the joint. I dont play either sport. 🎾 🏌

I then considered buritis it was so damned painful, it's not right even now.

I hope you get some relief from it soon. 😘

Hello Lowblow

Mate I am a pretty sure it was caused by the injection, as, I had the same.

But, for me it started when my wife gave me a B12 pill as a supplement. I went out to the gym and did some cycling and thought I had over trained.

So after one year of suffering and trying ice packs and stretching etc, when the pills stopped. My pain went away.

I suffered both inner and outer elbow pain to the point I could not even pick up an A4 paper. Stay well away from B12 pills and injections I would say.

I hope this will help others.
