Did anyone see the article re Loise Thompson and her problems since giving birth seven months ago. Looks like yet another classic case of B12D.

mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-...

PS I don't read the mirror. it was on my iphone news app. Couldn't sleep last night.

I would have done when I was B12D. I got over obsessed with things. I would fixate on something and go to extreme lengths prove my point. I think it was part of the psychiatric symptoms of B12D.

B12 has radically changed me. Now I'm very relaxed with a laissez faire outlook. My partner says I'm much easier to live with. I now make jewellery and sell it on Etsy. Much more satisfying creating things than complaining about things. Unfortunately I still have problems with my hands which causes problems but I manage to work around it.

One more thing. I have never been able to burp. Which is a nightmare with the gas that B12D can cause. Luckily I have no trouble with the other end although it can be very embarrassing. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I don’t read this site to find links to things that people are selling. It is inappropriate to do that here. We are here to help each other.

Why post the article then? It's bound to have responses surely?

As I put on a recent post I don't want to be angry about everything either.

Even though we all have good reason to ......navigating the health system or responses from the way this condition is perceived.

Or even from frustration dealing with it daily.

A chronic ongoing medical condition gives all sorts of emotions and challenges.

Feeling angry ,down, all 'normal responses.

Better than internalising it.!

This forum is helpful for sharing this and we help each other move forward.

I'm pleased your strong angry emotions was confined to the initial acute phase .

Sometimes they get me through!!

Also being tenacious with my surgery has brought awareness to PA /b12 deficiency.

Also got better treatment for my mum daughter and myself.

Glad you have been able to get creative.

And are generally well enough now to be 'chilled'

That is good news.

I do think although interesting putting your 'wares' for sale on this site inappropriate.

I apologise that my post was percieved as inappropriate. I have always wanted to make jewellery and now I am retired courtesy of B12D I got bored so I decided to start making jewellery as a hobby. My etsy shop is a bit of a vanity project really. I didn't expect anyone to buy. Just wanted to show off really.
