I have developed a vibration in my left groin. Previously I was suspected to have Covid 19 however I dont think my I did as I have Poly myalgia rheumatic and was tapering and the symptoms were very similar to Covid. I was having these strange feelings running up my legs from my feet to the ankles and my feet are tingling. I have the vibration in my left groin. Has any one else had all these symptoms?

Yes I’ve had similar but mine occurs on my outer thigh. It feels just like having a phone on vibrate in my jeans pocket.
It happens randomly now and then.

That was early on .
One thing I rarely get now on regular b12 injections.
I don't to date have anything else diagnosed.
Definitely nerve activity i assume fir me involved with B12 deficiency and body re booting
Hi,
I hope you find answers soon.
Do you also have a diagnosis of PA (Pernicious Anaemia) or B12 deficiency from another cause?
When my symptoms were at their worst, my whole body felt like it was vibrating, very strange. That symptom disappeared after lots of B12 injections but returns if I ever go a long period without a B12 injection. I need far more B12 than NHS will give me so had to resort to treating myself.
I just wondered if you're getting adequate treatment for B12 deficiency.
I have come across articles about people with Long Covid having low levels of B12, Vitamin D and some other nutrients.
May be helpful for you to say in your post where you are in the world as this may get attention from people in the same country. I'm in UK.
