Does anyone else suffer with cramps in their toes and feet especially at night? I'm also finding I occasionally get shooting nerve pain under my big toes. I'm due my next injection in 2 weeks so wondering if this is b12 related. I've been getting very tired and sometimes breathless over the last few days but I've been told by my surgery that I only need my injections every 12 weeks.

I would get sone bloods done.Potassium magnesium vit D iron ferritin folate.??

Just ask yiur surgery.

I get cramps at times and I think due to potassium or magnesium needing a boost.

I got breathless and shaky with ferritin levels dropping.

Fatigue . Leaden legs . Balance going. Tinnitus. Head pains signs fir me with low b12

Do you take a basic multivit?

Try potassium rich foods while you are waiting.

Do a symptom diary .

If yiu get symptoms before injection due push for 10weekky or 8 weekly.

Hope you can work it out

Thank you. I take magnesium tablets and eat bananas. My ferratin was down to 17 in Dec so have been prescribed 219mg ferrous fumerate 3 x day. I didn't feel this bad then that's why I'm starting to think b12. Will talk to the surgery today

I have my B12 jabs every 8 weeks. Between week 6 and 8 I always get cramp in my feet or calf at night. It stops a few days after my jab. i also start to get other symptoms by week 6..tinnitus,dizziness,tiredness,memory issues...all resolve a few days after jab

I wonder if you could be dealing with magnesium deficiency? It is a common problem and Nackapan also mentioned potassium. Have you had your levels checked?

I get it too. I inject every 2 days so more b12 does not help. My iron is really good snd I take magnesium so it’s not that either. I just think that maybe it was b12 but it’s one of those things that just won’t resolve do I just live with it.
