I have been very fatigued for some time and am now having numbness in my right hand (little and ring finger) and left foot (three smallest toes). Had b12 checked and doctor said it was in the normal range. Does PA sometimes affect a couple of fingers and toes and not all of them. If I were to try b12 injections where is a good source in the US? Thank you for any thoughts.

I found "REGEV ELYA" as a source. Thoughts on this supplier?
I have just been diagnosed with extremely low b12. My dr picked this up after I was experiencing numbness and tingling in my fingers. It would last for 5-10 mins at a time then return to normal. Maybe worth asking for a second check on your levels ?
My husband says this sounds like a specific weakness in two peripheral nerves which can be tested with nerve conduction tests. Sometimes the nerves can get squeezed as they pass through the joints at the wrists and ankles - eg carpal tunnel problem. He suggests that you talk to a doctor about this to put your mind at rest. Neuropathy due to B12 malabsorption tends to be more diffuse?
