Anyone knows from where can I buy transdermal patch or nasal spray?

I think transdermal patch or nasal spray can help people like me who can't tolerate injection with proper frequency. But I don't know where can I buy them.. please share your information.

You can get both from amazon smile.co.u.k. .just search for B12 patches or B12 spray . I have tried both , without success .But i read that some members do have results with the spray . A scientist wrote that the B12 molecule is too large to penetrate the skin . But the mucous membrane in the nose and under the tongue can be more receptive .

Patches are two different kind. One kind are just a gel which B12 in embedded in the gel and get released when attached to skin by some glue. The other type is microneedles array which are casted and B12 or any medication get released after microneedles penetrate into skin. But this second type has also variants. Some are released by interaction with some blood chemical when reaches microneedles tip and another variant is slow release and another variant is probably piezoelectric effect on microneedles which is not available in the market but may be someday we can release medication by our smartphone and find the best deby and amount of medication release experimentally through this way. Second type of patches are effective for most medications but more research is required. For nasal spray I think medication requires proper carrier for being effective since it's mucus absorption. I hope these kind of products becomes affordable and pa patients also use them and share their experience.

I haven’t been able to find the patches that have micro-needles attached . Are you sure that they are obtainable ?

For opioid based painkillers , nicotine, testosterone is available but not b12 or at least I couldn't find it, but there is company they selling B12 b complex patch on walmart.com I asked them about the technology they are using but there is no answer yet. There is another company which they fabricate microneedle based transdermal patch but with custom made content. If someone ask them fir B12 microneedle transdermal patch may they fabricate that. The reason there is no B12 microneedle transdermal patch in the market yet probably is due to FDA approval problem but it can be custom made. If someone from pernicious anaemia society ask them and have contract or agreement I think it's possible. It seems to probably this technology should be so effective in B12 and other B vitamins. If there make it slow release probably can last a month. Then we can get enough B12 or even completely revolutionize and make pernicious anaemia history. Just one patch on upper arm. Please anyone can send letters and talk to these companies and encourage them to help pernicious anaemia affected people. It seems to this technology can be far more effective than traditional injection of hydroxocobalamin because in injection just two percent is used by body and the rest get discharged right but in microneedle technology is continuous and it make a big difference. So please help us and ask these companies to fabricate these patches as soon as possible. There is a variant of this technology which is called pump transdermal patch and a device controls releasing medication subcutaneously which I think is so interesting
