Hi Everyone

Just want to wish you all a very Happy and healthy Christmas , it feels like its been another up hill struggle for us all again this year what with Covid continuing to make life diffecult and the problems getting supplies of B12 at times. Lets hope that things improve all round in 2022. I wish you all good health and a great new year.

Wishing you all a happy Christmas and a peaceful healthy New year. Thanks to you all for the support and advice you have given me the past 2 years. It has meant a lot to know I am not going mad!!!and not alone. I have now bought b12 vials from Germany and feel so much more in control of my health. 🙏🙏🙏
