Hi All

Just wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to all - you've enfolded me in your community and I will be ever thankful for that 😀.

I'm also conscious that Christmas can be a very difficult time for some of us energy deficients. This nasty insidious thing called B12 deficiency can make some of us so alone and isolated...especially at this time of year 😀.

So to all of you out there, wherever you are, I wish you the very best of everything, a happy Christmas and a healthy energy full New Year.

At precisely 12 mid-day on Christmas Day I shall raise a glass in your honours' so if anybody wants to join me...🍸
