B12 and ADHD

Found this article recently about ADHD and B12 deficiency.

I am very interested in how B12 deficiency can potentially influence behaviour.

I was definitely getting ADHD symptoms before my B12 neuropathy treatment started. But, I think anything that affects your brain function can cause problems with attention, concentrating, impulse control etc, like sleep apnea, for example. It doesn’t, of course mean that everyone with ADHD has b12 issues.
