I just wanted to thank administrators and contributors for such a wonderful, comforting and informative site. I don’t have pernicious anaemia but was diagnosed nine months ago with severe B12 deficiency due to many years of enteral feeding as q result of treatment for throat cancer. Joining this group has saved me from severe depression, knowing I am not alone with my symptoms. I still have to develop the courage to self inject which I suspect I need to do but, thanks to you guys, have all the info I need to hand. Heartfelt Thanks

That's such a kind message Libuse and I totally agree with you. It's a great comfort having the support of good people who are in the same boat. Take care of yourself and best wishes x
