Are there any known problems with using cyanocobalamin forte please?

High strength B12
The only contra-indication for cyanocobalamin that I am aware of is having leber's syndrome - which is a very rare genetic disorder which seems to mean an extreme sensitivity to the cyanide molecule - to the extent that even trace amounts such as that you might get from cyanocobalamin - could lead to blindness. Smoking is also a bit of a no-no because of the trace amounts of B12 in tobacco.Trace amounts mean very low levels that are just there in background and aren't damaging.
Reality is that the cyano element is so tightly bound to the B12 that it is really difficult to break it - which is why cyanocobalamin is so stable. The B12 molecule is very large as well which means that the amount of cyanide that would be released from digesting it is extremely small anyway - just trace amounts.
Why would you want to use it? The best bet is hydroxocobalamin 1mg/ml at whatever frequency deals best with our symptoms - if you happen to have cyanocobalamin then it will not give problems.
