After couple if months injection I feel my body is more tolerable to injection and I feel no burning feet and severe dizziness like before. But I have panic attack and anxiety attack which make my situation intolerable. My question is in SC injection can I inject every other day ? Because I think in upper stomach part SC absorption is faster. In NICE guideline which type of injection is considered for every other day injection. Because of anxiety attack I need every other day injection and I don't know how to jab IM yet until I learn so till that time I need to increase frequency of injection . Can I inject every other day through SC?
What type of injection in NICE guidel... - Pernicious Anaemi...
What type of injection in NICE guideline is defined for PA or b12 deficiency SC or IM?

There are other places than the stomach that you can use for sub-cutaneous injections . You can get a diagram on the internet . You don’t want to inject in the same place too often . Keep an account of where you inject . In the U.K. B12 is only injected by Intra -muscular injection at the surgeries. But I read on this forum that many people use S.C. Also on the packets of B12 depot that we get from Germany , it is clearly printed that I.M , S.C. and Intra venous methods are suitable. ( Intra-venous only to be administered by a medical professional . )
Injecting sub-cut every other day should not be a problem , as long as you take care not to inject at the same spot repeatedly .
. I’ll send you some info on how to inject I.M
