Short of breath

I've have had pernicious anaemia since March 2019, I take 100mg of thiamine 1 three times a day,1 5mg of folic acid once a day, just before my last injection two weeks ago I became short of breath, what could be causing this please I'm due to receive my blood test to see if I still need to take the folic acid but would love to know why I've suddenl,y become short of breath,

Perhaps iron / ferritin levels? Get that done if you actually get a blood test .Gps don't automatically do ferritin I had to ask.

Non essential blood tests on hold at present .

Shortage of phlebotomy test tubes!!

Thank you I'm getting a call back this morning hopefully this will help me as feeling so fed up with it all. The results are for ferritin levels would that show up iron as well or is this another test.
